Description

This brilliant cosmic cloud was sculpted by stellar winds and radiation from hot young stars of the star cluster NGC 3324. With dust clouds silhouetted against their glowing atomic gas, the bubble-shaped star-forming region spans nearly 35 light years. It is located about 8,000 light-years away in the southern constellation of Carina, rich in nebulae.
For some, the celestial landscape of bright emission ridges, edged with cold and dark dust along the upper edge of this bubble creates the outline of a recognizable face.
The region's popular name is the Gabriela Mistral Nebula, after the winning Chilean poet of the Nobel Prize for Literature. This particular profile bears a striking resemblance to the Image of the 5,000 Chilean pesos bill in which the writer is honored.
This stellar tribute makes a lot of sense, since in some writings it makes references to heaven. “In the year 1945, the poetess wrote a poem that in one of its parts, said: ‘find me in the sky and you will see me walk. Premonitory!

I hope you enjoy it and clear skies!
